The attorney will review your documents and provide guidance in the area(s) of family, landlord/tenant, criminal, and estate planning law, depending on the nature of your case.

Flat Fee

Your case may be eligible for a flat fee. A flat fee means that you pay the money up front for a specific task; the attorney will not keep time and bill you, and there are no hidden fees attached to these services. A few examples are provided below. Flat fee arrangements may be available in other matters. Call or email to explore your options.

Estate Planning

Simple estate planning packages are available for $250 (single) or $400 for couples. In addition to counseling, the package includes drafting of the following documents depending on your wishes and needs: a simple will, durable power of attorney for healthcare, durable power of attorney for financial, declaration of living will, and declaration of homestead.

Criminal Defense

The fee varies from case to case, but many simple misdemeanor cases can be defended for a cost of just $300.

Representation

Representation on an hourly basis is available for between $100-$150 per hour, with a rate between those two numbers that considers the client’s income status.
